Affordable Movers LLC ("we," "us," or "our") operates in Everett, Marysville, and Snohomish County, Washington. This policy explains how we handle your information when you request a quote, book a move, or otherwise interact with our business.

Information We Collect
We may collect your name, phone number, and email address from quote or contact forms; moving details (origin, destination, move date, inventory); payment information processed securely through third parties — we do not store card numbers; and SMS opt-in consent records.
SMS / Text Messaging Consent
When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Affordable Movers LLC. These may include booking confirmations, crew arrival notifications, move-day updates, and follow-up communications related to your move.
Message frequency varies based on your move activity. Message and data rates may apply.
To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly. Consent is not required to receive a quote or service.
Electronic signatures
When you review or sign an estimate electronically, we record the date and time, your internet (IP) address and a description of your web browser. We keep them with your signed estimate for at least 7 years as evidence of your signature. To protect your estimate link from misuse, we also keep a coded network identifier for 30 days; it does not contain your IP address.
How We Use Your Information
We use your personal information to schedule and coordinate your move, send confirmations and status updates, process payments, provide customer support, improve our services, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.
Information Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — such as our CRM and scheduling software — only as necessary to deliver your move. We never share phone numbers with third-party marketers. Mobile opt-in information, SMS consent, and phone numbers collected for SMS purposes will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information. No transmission over the internet is 100% secure. Contact us immediately if you believe your information has been compromised.
Data Retention
We retain records as required by Washington State moving regulations. SMS consent records are kept for a minimum of four years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

You have the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data, and to opt out of marketing communications at any time.
Children's Privacy
Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
