When you provide your phone number and check the SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Affordable Movers LLC. These may include booking confirmations, crew arrival notifications, move-day updates, and follow-up communications related to your move.

Message frequency varies based on your move activity. Message and data rates may apply.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP or contact us directly. Consent is not required to receive a quote or service.

We use your personal information to schedule and coordinate your move, send confirmations and status updates, process payments, provide customer support, improve our services, and comply with applicable laws and regulations.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We may share information with trusted service providers who help us operate our business — such as our CRM and scheduling software — only as necessary to deliver your move. We never share phone numbers with third-party marketers.

We retain records as required by Washington State moving regulations. SMS consent records are kept for a minimum of four years. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.

Our services are not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
