Terms of Service — Affordable Movers LLC

1. Services. Affordable Movers LLC ("we," "us") provides moving and junk removal services in Everett, WA and surrounding Snohomish County areas. Quotes are estimates based on information provided; final charges reflect actual services performed.
2. Text messaging program. By checking the SMS consent box on our quote form, you agree to receive text messages from Affordable Movers LLC, including quote confirmations, booking confirmations, crew updates, and move-day communications. Message frequency varies by customer and move. Message and data rates may apply and are billed by your carrier. Consent is not a condition of receiving a quote or purchasing any service.
3. Opting in, opting out, and help. Reply STOP at any time to end messages; you will receive a single confirmation of your opt-out. Reply START to re-subscribe. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly by phone or email to ask questions or request removal from our messaging list. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. If you change your mobile number, please update your preferences or contact us so we can update our records.
How you can opt in. You may opt in to receive SMS messages from Affordable Movers LLC by checking the SMS consent checkbox on our online quote form, or by providing your phone number to our team when requesting a quote or scheduling services, in which case we may text you regarding your request.
Message frequency varies depending on your quote and move activity. Example message: "Affordable Movers LLC: Reminder — your crew arrives Saturday between 8:30–9:30 AM. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help."
If you do not wish to receive SMS messages, simply do not check the SMS consent box on our forms — you will still receive your quote and full service. For assistance at any time, reply HELP to any message, call (425) 620-2210, or email sales@affordablemoversllc.com.
4. Privacy. Our collection and use of your information, including SMS consent records, is described in our Privacy Policy at affordablemoversllc425.com/privacy-policy. We never sell or share your phone number with third parties for marketing.
5. Bookings and cancellations. Scheduled moves may be rescheduled or canceled by contacting us at (425) 620-2210. We reserve the right to adjust scheduling due to weather, safety, or crew availability, and will communicate any changes promptly.
6. Liability. Services are provided in accordance with Washington State moving regulations. Claims regarding loss or damage must be reported promptly and are handled per our claims process and applicable state requirements.
7. Changes. We may update these terms; the current version will always be available at this page. Continued use of our services or messaging program after changes constitutes acceptance.
